Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct, particularly the apartment number. If the address was wrong, please contact us to change before order shipping. If you want to change the shipping address after order shipping, please contact local post office when the package arrive at your country.
① Please choose the option of standard USA warehouse, we will send the item to you directly from the distribution center, generally by USPS, taking about 1-5 business days for delivery. It may take longer time for remote regions. Orders exceeding US $49 after discount are free of shipping fee.
② Our Europe warehouse is in operation now. The package will generally be delivered within 1-6 business days, generally by DHL or GLS. Orders exceeding US $49 after discount are free of shipping fee.
Europe warehouse is available for: Germany, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

VOOPOO covered IOSS cost of European Union countries since 5 August, 2021!
The EU is abolishing the low-value consignment relief for standard and reduced VAT goods to the EU from outside the EU from 1st July, 2021.
The new IOSS(Import One-Stop Shop) system is being introduced by the EU to simplify VAT for distance sellers in July 2021.
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is simpler and easier to centralize the declaration and payment of VAT for distance sales of imported goods (with a value not exceeding €150) for EU countries. The IOSS means the consumer in European Union countries is only charged once at the time of purchase, no extra fees to pay when the goods are delivered. The VAT rate will be the one applicable in the EU Member State where the goods are to be delivered.
