I. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support a wide range of local and international payment options. Please review the list below for details on what is available at checkout.

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major international credit and debit cards, including:

  • JCB

Note: American Express (Amex) is not supported at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Digital Wallets

For faster, contactless checkout, we support leading digital wallet services:

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

PayPal

PayPal offers an extra layer of buyer protection.

  • Existing Users: Simply select PayPal at checkout.

  • New Users (Whitelist Required): Due to security protocols, new customers must contact us to be whitelisted before using PayPal for the first time. Please reach out to service@voopoo.com to set this up.

Cryptocurrency

We embrace the future of finance. You can pay using major cryptocurrency wallets (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC via CoinPay or similar gateways).

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

  • Afterpay: We are currently re-integrating Afterpay. This option will be available again very soon. Please check back or contact support for updates.

  • Fraud Prevention: We utilize real-time monitoring to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions before they happen.

Guarantee: In the unlikely event of unauthorized charges resulting from a purchase on our site, you are protected by your bank's policies and our zero-tolerance fraud monitoring.

III. Currency & Billing
  • Displayed Currency: All prices displayed on shop.voopoo.com are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

  • Currency Conversion: If you are using an international card or cryptocurrency, final transaction prices may vary slightly due to exchange rates set by your bank or payment provider. VOOPOO is not responsible for these fluctuations.

IV. Payment Confirmation & Settlement
  • Order Verification: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Pending Status: For some payment methods (like certain international cards or crypto), your payment status may show as "Payment Pending." In this state, we are waiting for final confirmation from the provider before we can ship the goods. We will notify you immediately once the status changes to "Paid."

  • Order Fulfillment: To ensure accuracy, we only begin processing your shipment after the payment status is confirmed as "Paid."

V. Troubleshooting & Support

Having trouble checking out? We are here to help.

  • Paypal Issues: If you receive an error regarding PayPal, please ensure you have contacted us to be whitelisted (see section 1). If you are already whitelisted, try clearing your browser cache or using incognito mode.

  • Payment Declined: If your card or crypto transaction is declined, please verify your billing address matches your bank records or check your wallet balance.

We are continuously improving our shop experience. We are actively working to add Afterpay back to our checkout and exploring new local payment methods. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we roll out these updates.
